Mangia Monday: A tisket, a tasket, some brisket sounds fantastic!

Normally when we think of brisket, bread, kale, cole slaw and pickles we envision a southern BBQ setting complete with the red and white plaid tablecloth and some sweet tea to wash it all down. The Hotel del Coronado has a different vision for you. They have concocted an absolute saliva-inducing dish that places the perfectly cooked tender brisket inside a flatbread and top it with kale slaw, pickled onions and a colorful and zesty bearnaise aioli sauce as the finishing touch.
